Nylex Malysia Berhad gains control of Tamco

Tamco's trading and distribution operations merge with Newey & Eyre, a regional distributor of electrical products to become Tamco Electrical & Electronics

Ancom Berhad acquires Nylex & Tamco Corporate Holding, Tamco Electrical & Electronics rename to Tamco Systems to better reflect the new business focus
